Documents for polish citizenship application translations

If you are of Polish origins, or if your spouse is Polish you may decide to apply for Polish citizenship. For people living in Poland, applications should be filed to your local Voivode or if you live abroad, through the Consul.

To apply for Polish citizenship the applicant must provide evidence of identity e.g. passport or birth certificate, marriage certificate and in case of applying for the citizenship as a descendant of Polish ancestors, documents confirming Polish citizenship (or its loss) of the ancestors. Other documents such as references may be required as well.
